The Ouellette family strongly believes in giving back to the community. We are all blessed with good health and have been afforded the opportunity to be professionally educated. Each year we plan to go on one or more healthcare missions. Last year we traveled to a remote village Cayambe, Ecuador to serve 395 patients. Our medical and dental team plans to return this year to serve another village near Quito, Ecuador. Doctor Ouellette’s son, Jason Ouellette, graduates from UOP San Francisco this June and he will join the mission team this year.
Jonathan Ouellette participates in his school’s missions to remote villages in Colombia, SA. Javeriana University of Bogotá, Colombia dental mission teams serve young children in many of the country’s orphanages. All graduate dental students are required to work in remote villages for one year upon graduation.
Danielle Ouellette is a first year pre-dental student at Rollins College, Winter Park, Florida. The pre-med and pre-dent students have the opportunity to participate in weekly visits to help the homeless and perform other community service. She has enjoyed participating in the program this year.
